We received an inquiry about wanting to stamp a four-digit alphanumeric content on a part of the connector. Upon discussing the detailed requirements with the responsible sales representative, it was revealed that the purpose is to ensure traceability within the factory, and that new marking on the connector is necessary. Additionally, there were the following requests: - The ink must be suitable for stamping on the connector (material: metal) and able to withstand heat treatment at 260°C for one minute after drying. - It should be capable of being integrated into the factory line for automatic stamping. - It should be achievable at a low cost. In response to these requirements, we have adopted the TART Stamp Unit Lot Replacement Type Square 0520. The TART Stamp Unit (quick-drying stamp unit) is compactly designed, making it easy to integrate into the factory line. Additionally, since it uses TAT ink, it can effectively stamp on materials that are difficult to absorb. Before introducing the Tart Stamp Unit 0530 (TSUT-0530), you were using an overseas stamping machine (air cylinder) with a rubber stamp, applying our Tart Ink (fast-drying multipurpose type - black) directly onto the stamp surface with a brush, and stamping approximately 4,000 times a day.
